Therapy Services
At Jet City Psychological Services, PLLC we believe that we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have and there is always space for change and growth. We empower individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives through the use of evidence-based treatments and skills. We work with each person to create an individualized treatment plan that is informed by their personal goals and values. Therapy is an active component in one’s journey to wellness, and the progress seen is tightly connected to the amount of effort a person puts forth. Thus, we expect each individual to commit to the therapy process, which includes attending sessions regularly and practicing skills between sessions. Because we have seen time and time again that the services we provide work, we also expect that as a person experiences improvements they will need less support from therapy.
