I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing individual, couple, and group therapy services. My areas of expertise include treating symptoms and diagnoses that impact the way we experience emotions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, interpersonal distress, and life transitions.

I approach therapy from the perspective that you are the expert of your experiences. We will work together to identify treatment goals and develop a plan for care. The focus of our sessions and the skills we discuss will be guided by your personal wellness goals. Aspects of your past, personal identities, culture, and values give light to current experiences and are discussed throughout therapy. I have advanced training in evidence-based treatments, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, which allows me to flexibly adapt care to meet your specific needs. We will periodically check-in regarding your progress to ensure that our sessions are helpful and effective. My goal is for every person I work with to leave therapy feeling confident in their ability to navigate challenges and empowered to live their lives.
